Terms & Conditions
Section 1: Overall
1.1 The following terms and conditions relate to all dealings and purchases to do with Spachoice Pty Ltd Trading as SpaChoice Service ABN# 18 614 315 570
1.2 In these terms and conditions ‘us’ & ‘we’ relate to SpaChoice Service. The use of SpaChoice Service online purchasing & Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions being accepted.
Section 2: Policy on Pricing
2.1 While we attempt to keep the advertised price online and in printed form price lists, prices are subject to change without notice. This is reflected on the movement & value of the Australian currency on imported goods.
2.2 When a written quote is supplied the quoted amount will be valid for 30 days from the date the quote is supplied.
2.3 All prices displayed and quoted (unless prior arrangement) are inclusive of GST based on the current requirements of the Australian Tax Office. Freight being billed separately on case to case – See Shipping of Goods Section
2.4 GST (Goods & Services Tax) will not be charged on any Overseas sales.
Section 3: Returning Goods / Credit Claims
3.1 Only acceptable reasons for product returns are (Excluding special orders): Manufacturer’s fault upon receiving part, incorrect part ordered or order no longer required – see section 3.1- 3.8
3.2 Any goods returned must be pre-authorised by SpaChoice Service. A Return Goods Request must be approved by SpaChoice Service prior to any returns. No part will be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase & a RGR (Return of Goods Request form) has been authorised & signed by a SpaChoice Service staff member.
3.3 Goods returned must be in original condition of which they were sent out to the purchaser. SpaChoice Service will not accept any goods that show signs of damage or that have been used / fitted / soiled / improperly installed or damaged in transit upon the return.
3.4 Goods returned will be paid for by the customer – unless prior arrangements have been made by SpaChoice Service.
3.5 The return of goods does not immediately indicate that SpaChoice Service will refund/replace or credit until such inspection by SpaChoice Service. Only until a return is deemed legitimate and valid will SpaChoice Service use its discretion whether a refund / replacement / repair or credit will be issued in accordance with current Australian Consumer Law. Credits / refund will be equal value to the original invoice amount for the declared item.
3.6 Goods returned due to incorrect ordering or simply no longer required attract a 10% restocking fee & will be charged to the customer when a refund or credit is required.
3.7 Goods returned due to incorrect ordering or no longer required SpaChoice Service will not pay return freight.
3.8 If Spachoice Service deems the product faulty or received by the customer damaged SpaChoice Service will pay return freight. Any item received damaged a Return of Goods Request (RGR) must be made within 7 days of the item being received.
Section 4. Warranty & Installation of Goods
4.1 All products carry a standard 12-month warranty with Spachoice Service unless the manufacturer’s warranty is greater of which then the manufacturer’s warranty is honoured.
4.2 Goods returned without fault or any type of alterations they will be returned to the customer at their cost.
4.3 Parts that show evidence of being used or installed cannot be returned. Also, if the part is returned in such condition that it cannot be sold as new condition.
4.4 It is strongly advised to email a photo and measurements of the part required prior to ordering to ensure that the correct part is despatched.
4.5 All electrical parts should be installed by a qualified electrical contractor / electrician failure to do so will void all warranties. Evidence of such works can be asked to be produced.
4.6 SpaChoice Service is not responsible for nor warrant a component failure due to and not limited poor water quality, incorrect water chemistry, grit or wear and tear.
4.7 Such parts that are special order such as hard covers / headrests / jets and the like cannot be returned. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the part ordered is correct at point of order.
4.8 SpaChoice Service is not responsible for any part incorrectly install or damaged upon installation nor any works undertaken by an unqualified tradesman or contractor.
Section 5. Payments & Accounts
5.1 All goods must be paid for prior to despatch. (Unless prior agreement from SpaChoice Service) or a trade application agreement has been signed and accepted by both parties.
5.2 If an invoice/account exceeds 45 days SpaChoice Service can put all purchasing and accounts on hold. Until account has been settled.
5.3 All trade accounts carry 30 payments terms (unless agreed by SpaChoice Service)
5.4 Methods of payments are Credit Card, electronic transfer or cash.
